Only slightly smaller, yet more easily moved around, the Drover is crafted from one solid piece of Australian Camphor Laurel wood, accented by recycled Red Gum handles that contrast well with the beauty of the camphor laurel.
At 42cm X 35cm X 2.5cm, the Drover had a cutting surface large enough for most tasks, yet small enough to be used as a serving tray or platter for your barbequed meats or chopped vegetables or hors d’oerves.
